Hidden fees discovered in Fund of Prime Corp. statement

I've been a customer of Fund of Prime Corp. for many years with a mortgage product account. On May 1, 2025, I noticed was overcharged for basic service on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Amparo R. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I hope Fund of Prime Corp. will address this issue by compensate me for the inconvenience.
