I am writing regarding order #ORD-8004-QPV-4707 placed with Elite Hotel Resorts Belo Horizonte on December 9, 2024. I paid $118.46 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maida S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Elite Hotel Resorts Belo Horizonte to expedite the delivery of my order.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $154.25 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
