Disappointed with Elite Hotel Resorts Belo Horizonte installation service

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $154.25 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
