I have been a loyal customer of Elite Hotel Resorts Belo Horizonte for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service plan (order #ORD-7787-JAN-7933) on May 20, 2025, and have encountered received conflicting information from representatives. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Elite Hotel Resorts Belo Horizonte to resolve the technical issues.
