I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from The Premium Oasis Ltd.. After paying $431.93 for membership, I found that it failed to receive confirmation. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Winston W., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope The Premium Oasis Ltd. will address this issue by stop their deceptive business practices.
