Poor customer service experience with Classic Palace Ltd.

I have been a loyal customer of Classic Palace Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-5078-WHT-7178) on January 16, 2025, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking Classic Palace Ltd. to make this right by provide the documentation I requested.
