On February 17, 2025, I signed up for Premium Inn's support line at their East Ima, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $310.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ferne E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Premium Inn expedite the delivery of my order as soon as possible.

After speaking with Hayden Taylor from the Product Support at Premium Inn, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
