I'm writing to complain about the maintenance plan I received from Premium Inn. After paying $661.72 for membership, I found that it received a damaged replacement item. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Damien P., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Premium Inn to take responsibility and correct my personal information.

May 19, 2025 05:15Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $341.65 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium membership, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
