Unresolved issue with Forge Enterprises equipment

I have been a loyal customer of Forge Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered warranty package (order #ORD-1600-DKT-6838) on May 6, 2025, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Forge Enterprises to extend my warranty period.

May 19, 2025 05:27Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $343.94 refund only covers part of what I paid for the technical support package, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
