I am writing regarding order #ORD-5843-PXL-2854 placed with Forge Enterprises on February 20, 2025. I paid $391.05 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hadley P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Forge Enterprises to make this right by implement better quality control.

I appreciate Forge Enterprises reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement television has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
