I have been a loyal customer of Forge Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-4109-TOW-7341) on February 2, 2025, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Forge Enterprises will address this issue by fix the billing error.
