Complaint Details

I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $691.84 on my Wealth of Prime account on March 21, 2025. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Millie G. who opened case #ORD-5924-NRO-2362. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I am asking Wealth of Prime to make this right by fix their misleading advertising.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Wealth of Prime has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their customer support plan.
