Hidden fees discovered in Wealth of Prime statement

I've been a customer of Wealth of Prime for many years with a debit card account. On January 5, 2025, I noticed is not compatible as claimed on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Douglas L. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I expect Wealth of Prime to take responsibility and provide the promised service.
