Loan application improperly handled by Royal & Solutions
Complaint Details
I applied for a retirement account with Royal & Solutions on December 12, 2024 and was assured by Blanche O. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after had my warranty claim denied unfairly, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I am requesting that Royal & Solutions update their return policy as soon as possible.
