Complaint Details

I applied for a financial planning with Royal & Solutions on December 17, 2024 and was assured by Alfred K. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after was promised features that don't exist, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I hope Royal & Solutions will address this issue by remove the unauthorized charges.

It's now been 8 days since my initial complaint, and Royal & Solutions still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their consultation service.
