I've been a customer of Royal & Solutions for many years with a credit card account. On February 7, 2025, I noticed received conflicting information from representatives on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Nathanael S. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I am asking Royal & Solutions to make this right by offer compensation for the time wasted.
