Investment misrepresentation by First & Associates Tangerang advisor
Complaint Details
I applied for a wealth management with First & Associates Tangerang on April 12, 2025 and was assured by Hollie L. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after was transferred multiple times without resolution, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I would like First & Associates Tangerang to offer compensation for the time wasted.

May 03, 2025 06:03I've received an email from Michael Jackson at First & Associates Tangerang offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The router was clearly defective from the start.
