I want to report a serious concern with Standard Fabrication Group's service plan that I purchased on April 4, 2025 from your West Sonny, South Dakota store. The product has had allergic reaction not warned about despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Karen V., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Standard Fabrication Group to make this right by improve their customer service training.
