I want to report a serious concern with Standard Fabrication Group's accessory that I purchased on April 1, 2025 from your Kolefort, Idaho store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sheila C., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like Standard Fabrication Group to offer compensation for the time wasted.
