I've been a customer of LibertySecurities Rio de Janeiro Enterprises for many years with a loan product account. On December 11, 2024, I noticed faced system outages on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Kitty K. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I am requesting that LibertySecurities Rio de Janeiro Enterprises provide a full refund as soon as possible.

May 18, 2025 06:00Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $262.17 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
