Factories & Incorporated refused to address had repeated billing errors

I purchased a unit from Factories & Incorporated on February 10, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was charged incorrectly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Arlo D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Factories & Incorporated to make this right by resolve the technical issues.
