I am writing regarding order #ORD-6548-RAV-9358 placed with Factories & Incorporated on December 18, 2024. I paid $936.41 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Griffin K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Factories & Incorporated to issue a formal apology.
