Unresolved issue with Factories & Incorporated system

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9426-EYP-7034 placed with Factories & Incorporated on March 13, 2025. I paid $124.4 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered failed to receive confirmation. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Renee S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Factories & Incorporated improve their customer service training as soon as possible.
