I want to report a serious concern with Quality Properties & Sons's device that I purchased on January 18, 2025 from your New Nashshire, Wyoming store. The product has experienced website errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Aurelie M., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like Quality Properties & Sons to adjust my account balance.
