Complaint Details

On March 14, 2025, I signed up for Structures Bros's delivery service at their North Brandiborough, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $809.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dagmar G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Structures Bros will address this issue by upgrade my service at no additional cost.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $394.19 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
