Unauthorized charges from Financial of Sovereign Ltd.

I've been a customer of Financial of Sovereign Ltd. for many years with a savings plan account. On December 17, 2024, I noticed was damaged upon delivery on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Troy E. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I hope Financial of Sovereign Ltd. will address this issue by reimburse me for additional expenses.

May 03, 2025 05:17Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $92.19 refund only covers part of what I paid for the repair service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
