I've been a customer of Financial of Sovereign Ltd. for many years with a savings plan account. On December 19, 2024, I noticed was transferred multiple times without resolution on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Margret A. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I would like Financial of Sovereign Ltd. to resolve the technical issues.

It's now been 13 days since my initial complaint, and Financial of Sovereign Ltd. still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their premium membership.
