On December 13, 2024, I signed up for Steel Builders Sapporo Holdings's customer service at their Lake Jewellberg, New York location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $86.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rhoda P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Steel Builders Sapporo Holdings to make this right by extend my warranty period.
