I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Paolo F., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope Steel Builders Sapporo Holdings will address this issue by fix the billing error.

It's now been 2 days since my initial complaint, and Steel Builders Sapporo Holdings still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their premium membership.
