I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Devyn O., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like Palace Luxury to provide the promised service.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Palace Luxury has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their training session.
