On April 26, 2025, I signed up for Palace Luxury's return policy at their New Grantland, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $484.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Verona S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Palace Luxury adjust my account balance as soon as possible.

It's now been 11 days since my initial complaint, and Palace Luxury still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their customer support plan.
