I want to report a serious concern with Unified Materials Builders Enterprises's membership that I purchased on January 28, 2025 from your Lake Ignacioview, North Dakota store. The product has failed to receive confirmation despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sonia J., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Unified Materials Builders Enterprises to make this right by provide the documentation I requested.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The router from Unified Materials Builders Enterprises not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
