Unsatisfactory resolution from Unified Materials Builders Enterprises

On April 19, 2025, I signed up for Unified Materials Builders Enterprises's support line at their Jammieberg, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $973.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Etha W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Unified Materials Builders Enterprises will address this issue by stop their deceptive business practices.
