I applied for a financial planning with Royal & Trust on January 10, 2025 and was assured by Pearl Q. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after couldn't access my account, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I expect Royal & Trust to take responsibility and fix their misleading advertising.
