I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $384.01 on my Royal & Trust account on May 22, 2025. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Lorenza W. who opened case #ORD-3074-QQT-0466. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I am requesting that Royal & Trust provide a full refund as soon as possible.

After my initial complaint, Royal & Trust contacted me to troubleshoot the camera. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
