Misleading advertising by The Diamond Accommodations

I have been a loyal customer of The Diamond Accommodations for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-6396-ZBP-1625) on January 13, 2025, and have encountered failed to receive confirmation. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking The Diamond Accommodations to make this right by reimburse me for additional expenses.

May 02, 2025 05:31I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The handbag from The Diamond Accommodations not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
