On May 4, 2025, I signed up for The Diamond Accommodations's membership program at their Lake Amberside, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $940.2, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Macie H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope The Diamond Accommodations will address this issue by compensate me for the inconvenience.

I'm updating my complaint because The Diamond Accommodations finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the dress shirt, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
