I'm writing to complain about the subscription service I received from The Diamond Accommodations. After paying $126.37 for subscription, I found that it faced system outages. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Cameron D., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect The Diamond Accommodations to take responsibility and honor the warranty.
