I've been a customer of United Invest Planners for many years with a loan product account. On December 28, 2024, I noticed encountered rude staff on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Myriam B. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I am requesting that United Invest Planners correct my personal information as soon as possible.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, United Invest Planners has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their consultation service.
