I want to report a serious concern with Comfort Escape's warranty package that I purchased on February 24, 2025 from your South Cheyenne, Delaware store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Luz K., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Comfort Escape provide the promised service as soon as possible.
