I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $551.31 on my United Fiscal Services Group account on December 8, 2024. I immediately reported this to your fraud department and spoke with Lilian F. who opened case #ORD-7015-DXU-4529. It's been 30 days, and despite being told the investigation would take 7-10 business days, my account has not been credited and I've received no updates. I expect United Fiscal Services Group to take responsibility and deliver the missing items.
