I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Mireille G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope Precision Design & Sons Changsha will address this issue by adjust my account balance.

May 06, 2025 06:09I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The dress shirt from Precision Design & Sons Changsha not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
