I purchased a accessory from The Premium Residence Edmonton on January 20, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was billed multiple times. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rocio W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that The Premium Residence Edmonton replace the defective product as soon as possible.
