I want to report a serious concern with The Premium Residence Edmonton's accessory that I purchased on January 13, 2025 from your Port Alivia, South Carolina store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Marta W., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that The Premium Residence Edmonton offer compensation for the time wasted as soon as possible.
