Unsatisfactory resolution from The Premium Residence Edmonton

I purchased a service plan from The Premium Residence Edmonton on April 17, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Joelle M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect The Premium Residence Edmonton to take responsibility and provide a full refund.
