I am writing regarding order #ORD-7350-HBK-1771 placed with Master Architecture Partners Group on April 7, 2025. I paid $283.05 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Reyes M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Master Architecture Partners Group to make this right by stop their deceptive business practices.
