I am writing regarding order #ORD-6466-SFF-8345 placed with The Royal Suites LLC on May 11, 2025. I paid $138.12 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered had my personal information compromised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cleve L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that The Royal Suites LLC replace the defective product as soon as possible.
