I'm writing to complain about the subscription service I received from Industrial Build. After paying $116.73 for system, I found that it is not compatible as claimed. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Alia F., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting that Industrial Build expedite the delivery of my order as soon as possible.
