Industrial Build refused to address couldn't access my account

I have been a loyal customer of Industrial Build for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-3085-DMS-1405) on February 8, 2025, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking Industrial Build to make this right by honor the warranty.

May 21, 2025 05:31Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $425.76 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
