I'm writing to complain about the customer service I received from Advanced Industries Manufacturing. After paying $517.25 for equipment, I found that it was sold expired products. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Bertha S., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like Advanced Industries Manufacturing to fix the security vulnerability.

I appreciate Advanced Industries Manufacturing reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement smartphone has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
