Account access issues with First Credit
Complaint Details
I've been a customer of First Credit for many years with a loan product account. On February 13, 2025, I noticed has a manufacturing defect on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Alisha C. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I am asking First Credit to make this right by waive the cancellation fees.
